Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the legal relationship between K Multi Family Office (hereinafter referred to as “K Multi”) and its clients regarding the services offered by K Multi.
1.2 K Multi provides a wide range of services in the areas of financial services, wealth management, real estate consulting, estate planning, taxation, and corporate services. The specific services and terms are defined in an individual advisory agreement between K Multi and the client.
1.3 K Multi’s services include, but are not limited to:
• Relocation services (abroad and within Switzerland)
• Real estate consulting and brokerage
• Purchase and sale of luxury goods (art, classic cars, yachts, etc.)
• Insurance management
• Estate planning
• Budget and cash flow management
• Administrative support
• Family care and concierge services
• Other services (network connections, establishment of single-family offices, philanthropic advisory)
2. Client Obligations
2.1 The client is obligated to provide K Multi with all relevant information and documents necessary for the performance of the agreed services.
2.2 These include, but are not limited to, personal financial data, asset overviews, tax documents, real estate documentation, and other relevant materials.
2.3 The client must inform K Multi without delay, and no later than within 10 days, of any changes to their personal or financial circumstances that may impact the agreed services.
3. Scope of Services and Compensation
3.1 The exact scope of services and compensation will be specified in an individual advisory agreement between K Multi and the client, documented in writing.
3.2 Compensation may be based on an hourly rate, a flat fee, a commission, or a combination thereof. The specific terms are defined in the advisory agreement.
3.3 K Multi reserves the right to charge additional fees for extra services or extraordinary efforts, which will be communicated to the client in advance.
3.4 K Multi does not guarantee the achievement of any goals. While we strive to meet the mutually agreed objectives, we cannot provide any guarantees of success.
4. Liability
K Multi endeavors to provide clients with the best possible services and information. Some information is provided directly by artists, resellers, and manufacturers. K Multi assumes no liability for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the products and information. Claims for damages arising from breach of contract, impossibility of performance, or negligence during contract initiation are excluded unless caused by intentional or gross negligence. The same applies to consequential damages, including any claimed loss of profit.
5. Data Protection
5.1 K Multi is committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations and treats all client data with strict confidentiality.
5.2 The client agrees that their data may be electronically stored and processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
5.3 Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing personal information. However, certain information is automatically stored by the web server during each visit (e.g., server log files, IP address, date and time, data volume transferred, and requesting provider). These data are used solely to ensure smooth website operation.
5.4 Data Collection and Use for Contract Fulfillment
We collect and use personal data only when voluntarily provided as part of a service request or contact. These data are used to fulfill the contract and process inquiries. After the contract is completed, data are restricted and deleted in accordance with tax and commercial retention periods unless further use is expressly consented to.
5.5 Data Sharing
To fulfill the contract, we may share client data with subcontractors or service providers necessary for service delivery. Data are shared only as needed and with third parties who have signed confidentiality agreements and have been carefully selected.
Data transfers to non-EU or Swiss countries are conducted only when necessary for contract fulfillment.

7. Amendments to the T&Cs
K Multi reserves the right to amend these T&Cs. The version valid at the time of contract execution applies.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. A valid provision that closely reflects the original intent shall replace the invalid one.
8.2 Opposing or deviating terms from the client are not recognized unless K Multi expressly agrees in writing.
8.3 In case of a conflict between the advisory agreement and these T&Cs, the advisory agreement takes precedence.
8.4 Deviations from these terms must be in writing.
